Chi Chi Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow cake mix with butter
    3 eggs
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) can cream of coconut
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation
    Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    In large mixing bowl, beat cake mix, egg and water for 2 minutes on medium speed; add coconut.
    Pour into baking pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove from oven when done.
    While hot, poke holes in cake and pour cream of coconut over top with crushed pineapple.
    Let cool.
    Ice with 2 cups of whipped cream or Cool Whip.
    Sprinkle coconut on top and refrigerate.
