Duke'S Apple Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. ice water
    1/2 c. powdered nondairy cream
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 c. butter
    6 peeled apples, cut in 1/2-inch slices
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix 1 1/4 cups flour and 1 teaspoon salt; cut in shortening until crumbly.
    Add cheese.
    Sprinkle water over mixture; mix and shape into a ball.
    Roll pastry dough into 15-inch circle on floured surface.
    Place on pizza pan, turning up edges.
