Meat Pie Roma - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 pkg. spaghetti sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    2 slices Mozzarella cheese
    3/4 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) can biscuits
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain.
    Add green pepper and cook until tender. Stir in sauce mix, water and tomato paste.
    Simmer 10 minutes. Line greased 9-inch pie plate with biscuits.
    Press together to seal bottom and along sides of pan.
