Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. grated orange rind
juice of 1 orange
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. fresh cranberries, chopped
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Cut margarine into flour; add remaining dry ingredients and orange rind.
Mix well.
Add water to juice to make 3/4 cup liquid.
Mix with egg; fold into dry ingredients.
Add cranberries and nuts.
Bake in greased pans, 60 to 70 minutes, at 350\u00b0.
