Spinach Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and drained
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (16 oz.) carton large curd cottage cheese
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Blend spinach, flour, salt and pepper together. Stir in remaining ingredients and put in an 11 x 7-inch casserole dish. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until set.
