Crabmeat Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crabmeat
    1 c. celery, chopped fine
    1 c. onion, chopped fine
    3 Tbsp. parsley
    3 hard-boiled eggs, grated
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Saute celery, onions and parsley in 3 tablespoons butter. Mix all ingredients, reserving half the bread crumbs to sprinkle on top.
    Bake in casserole dish at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
