Orange Tarragon Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. tarragon
    juice of 1 orange
    peel of 1 orange, grated
    1 Tbsp. lemon basil or other lemon herb
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 stalk celery, sliced
    1/2 bell pepper, cut in thin strips
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. water
    cooking oil (about 2 Tbsp.)
Preparation
    Season chicken breasts with salt and garlic powder.
    Brown chicken breasts in a little cooking oil in skillet.
    Remove from pan and discard oil.
    Put back in pan and add orange juice from one orange, about 1/2 cup water, tarragon, bell pepper and celery, orange peel, lemon basil or lemon flavored herb and braise on medium heat until chicken is done, about 30 minutes.
    Add cornstarch to 1/4 cup water and blend.
    Add this to skillet and thicken sauce.
    Serves 4.
