Fish Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked flaked fish
    1/2 c. cold mashed potatoes
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. butter
    dash celery salt
    salt & pepper to taste
    1 medium onion (grated)
    flour
Preparation
    Mix onion, egg, fish and potatoes together.
    Add seasonings. Shape into small cakes.
    Coat with flour and fry in butter until brown.
