Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. baking soda
7 c. flour
2 c. raisins
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. caraway seed
2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Beat together buttermilk, eggs and baking soda.
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, raisins and caraway seed, baking powder and salt.
Stir buttermilk mixture into flour mixture.
