Bombay Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooked rice
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1/2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. salad oil
1/2 tsp. curry powder
4 c. cubed cooked chicken
2/3 c. chopped celery
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 can chunk pineapple, drained
1/2 c. almonds or walnuts
2/3 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. French dressing
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine and chill rice, onion, vinegar, salad oil and curry powder.
Add remaining ingredients and mix lightly.
