Farfel Kugel * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. farfel
    4 c. hot water
    3 Tbsp. melted fat
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Scald farfel with water.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Drain.
    Add fat, salt and pepper and eggs.
    Fold together.
    Pour into 8 x 8-inch pan preheated with 3 to 4 tablespoons fat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Yield:
    Light and fluffy, about 8 servings.
