Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can French style green beans (drained)
    1 can small English peas (drained)
    2 grated carrots
    1 bell pepper - cut in bite size pieces
    1 large onion (sliced)
    1 large tomato (diced)
    2 cucumbers sliced
    salt & pepper to taste
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. oil
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Combine vegetables.
    Mix vinegar, oil and sugar and pour over vegetables and let set overnight in refrigerator.
