French Fried Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. natural cheese, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
    2 beaten eggs
    1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. salad oil
Preparation
    If using a soft cheese, use as much of the crust as possible. Dip the cheese cube in egg, then in crumbs and repeat.
    A thick coating helps keep the cheese from leaking through.
    Heat oil to 375\u00b0 and fry the breaded cheese about 30 seconds.
    Cool slightly before eating.
