Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Minute rice
    2 c. chopped celery
    3 boiled eggs, chopped
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    3 c. cooked, chopped chicken
    1/3 c. chicken broth
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 to 3/4 c. cashew nuts
    3/4 to 1 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and sprinkle potato chips evenly on top.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 10 to 12.
