Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 c. bean sprouts
    oil
    1 egg, mixed with 1 Tbsp. water
    1 small onion, chopped, or 2 scallions
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. pork, ham or shrimp
Preparation
    Fry egg in flat pan; do not stir.
    Flip over until cooked. Slice into 1-inch strips.
    Set aside.
    Saute onion until clear; add meat.
    Add to egg.
