Party Salmon Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 bottle liquid smoke
Preparation
    Drain salmon.
    Mix with ingredients. Chill several hours. Combine 1/2 cup chopped pecans and 3 tablespoons chopped parsley. Shape into balls and roll in nuts and parsley.
    Serve with crackers.
