Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 large head cabbage
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. milk
    pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 to 3/4 c. cheese
    Ritz cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Slice cabbage in 1-inch strips and boil in salted water until tender.
