Chile Verde(Chee-Lay Vair-Day) - cooking recipe

4 lb. pork or beef, cut in small cubes
1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
1 (4 oz.) can green chiles
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder or garlic salt
1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
Preparation

Cut pork or beef into small cubes; put in large pan. Brown a little, then add the rest of the recipe. Cook over low heat until real tender. Cut most of the fat off of meat before cooking. This is excellent in burritos or over top of rice.
