Baked Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 lb. crab meat
    1/2 c. chopped sweet onions
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 egg, well beaten
    cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Saute onion and pepper in margarine or butter; do not brown. Cool completely.
    Add Worcestershire sauce, mustard, paprika, mayonnaise and egg; mix well.
    Gently fold in crab meat.
    Shape into patties and coat with cracker crumbs.
    Place on lightly greased cookie sheet and refrigerate 1 or 2 hours.
    Bake in preheated 450\u00b0 oven until lightly browned.
