Skillet Chops 'N Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    4 slices onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (1 lb.) can pork and beans (with tomato sauce)
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped dill pickle
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Brown chops in skillet. Top each with a slice of onion. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook over low heat 45 minutes or until tender.
    Push chops to one side. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Stir now and then.
    Makes 4 servings.
