Dirt Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. cold milk
1 (4-serving) pkg. Jell-O instant chocolate pudding
3 1/2 c. (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
1 (16 oz.) pkg. chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed and divided

Preparation

You will need 8 to 10 paper or plastic (8 ounce) cups, silk or plastic flowers, candy worms, frogs or bugs (if you wish).
