1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. tarragon leaves
1 lb. flounder fillets
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl.
Brush both sides of 1 pound flounder fillets.
Broil 5 to 10 minutes until fish flakes easily.
