Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. tarragon leaves
    1 lb. flounder fillets
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl.
    Brush both sides of 1 pound flounder fillets.
    Broil 5 to 10 minutes until fish flakes easily.
    Makes 4 servings.
