Blonde Brownies * - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter or oleo
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins or nuts
Preparation

Melt butter or oleo.
Add brown sugar.
Cook over low heat until it bubbles up.
Cool.
Add 2 eggs, one at a time; beat well. Add remaining ingredients.
Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
While warm, cut into squares.
Yields about 3 dozen.
