Fish Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 c. corn flakes, crushed
2 eggs, beaten
hot oil
salt and pepper
lemon wedges or tartar sauce
Preparation

Cut fish into equal sizes so it all cooks in the same amount of time.
Salt and pepper fish.
Dip into egg, then into corn flakes.
Drop into hot oil and cook until golden.
Best to dry fish with soft cloth or paper towel before dipping.
