Banana Parfait Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. strawberry Jell-O
1 1/4 c. hot water
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 1/2 c. sliced bananas
1 paked 9 inch pie shell, cooled or 1 graham cracker crust
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water in large bowl.
Add ice cream by spoonfuls, stirring until melted.
Then chill and thicken, but not set.
Fold in bananas.
Turn into pie shell.
Chill until firm.
