Strawberry Glazed Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked 8-inch pie shell
    3/4 c. water
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. whipped cream
    1 quart fresh strawberries
Preparation
    Line pie shell with all except 1 cup of berries (standing tip side up looks pretty).
    Simmer 1 cup of berries in water 3 to 4 minutes.
    Combine dry ingredients and add slowly to cooked berries.
    Cook again until thickened and clear.
    Remove from heat. Add lemon juice.
    Pour over berries in pie shell.
    Chill.
    Serve with whipped cream.
