Chicken Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 slices bread (to fill 9 x 13-inch cake pan bottom)
    4 c. cooked chicken, chopped over bread
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1/2 c. mayo
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Lay bread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with chopped chicken pieces.
    Mix together other ingredients and pour over top of chicken.
    Put slices of cheese over mixture and pour 2 cans of undiluted cream of chicken soup.
    Top with bread crumbs.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight for a better flavor.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
    Serves 10.
