Chicken Cashew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (8 halves)
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 soup can dry white wine
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 c. chopped cashews
Preparation
    Brown chicken in butter and oil.
    Place in a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
    In the browning pan, add remaining ingredients except paprika.
    Pour over chicken.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with rice and garnish with cashews and mushrooms (optional).
