Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 to 8 medium Irish potatoes
    4 Tbsp. dill pickle relish
    4 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
    4 Tbsp. hot dog relish
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/2 fresh bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 onion, chopped
Preparation
    Wash potatoes; cook until done, but firm, about 20 minutes. Drain.
    Quarter potatoes, then cut into medium size pieces.
    Mix the pickles, relish, mustard and mayonnaise.
    Taste and add additional ingredients as needed.
    Just before you serve the salad, toss potatoes gently in with the other ingredients, the chopped pepper and onion.
