Emily Thompson'S Creamy Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. cream of celery or mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 c. milk or cream
    1 c. grated cheese (of your choice)
    20 oz. broccoli, cooked*
    1 box crushed Ritz crackers**
    1 or more sticks butter, melted (enough to suit your taste)
Preparation
    *May use 1/2 corn.
