Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 or 3 sweet potatoes
1 stick margarine
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Bake the sweet potatoes in oven until you can put a toothpick through them.
Cream the potatoes while hot with butter.
Stir eggs in the sugar.
Add a teaspoon of vanilla.
Pour in unbaked pie shell.
Cook 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
