Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 c. persimmon pulp (peel persimmons and put through blender or food processor)
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Grease loaf pan. Line bottom with waxed paper.
    Bake 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
