Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and stuff, drained
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream or nonfat sour cream
    1 pkg. egg noodles or yolk free egg noodles, cooked to pkg. directions
Preparation
    In a large skillet, cook and stir meat and onion in butter until meat is brown and onion is tender.
    Drain a little; stir in flour, salt, garlic, pepper and mushrooms; cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Stir in soup; heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
    Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 10 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream and heat thoroughly.
    Serve over noodles and enjoy!
