Sauerkraut Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can sauerkraut, cut up with scissors
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    1/4 c. chopped purple onions
Preparation
    Add all ingredients to cut up sauerkraut.
    Let stand 24 hours before serving.
    Add and/or omit ingredients to suit taste and preference.
