Corn Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can creamed corn
1/4 c. flour
1/2 stick butter
4 eggs, separated
4 slices mild cheese
dash of cayenne pepper
Preparation

Mix flour, butter, corn and cheese until melted.
Add cayenne pepper and cook until thickened.
Add egg yolks.
Let cool.
Add beaten egg whites.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 45 minutes in souffle dish.
