Gourmet Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 egg yolks
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 lb. cream cheese
    8 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 egg whites
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 molded graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Mix egg yolks, sugar, cream cheese, flour, sour cream and lemon juice; beat until smooth.
    Beat egg whites until frothy; add sugar gradually and continue beating until peaks form.
    Fold into cheese mixture.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let cool in oven for 1 hour.
