Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small shredded head cabbage
1 diced green pepper
2 grated carrots
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 tsp. celery salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 chopped pimento
2 tsp. grated onion
3 Tbsp. oil
1/3 c. white vinegar
freshly ground pepper
Preparation

Combine the vegetables.
Whisk together the remaining ingredients.
Pour over vegetables, mixing thoroughly. Refrigerate.
Prepare the day before so the flavors will blend. This salad looks good in a glass bowl.
Serve at room temperature.
