Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chicken breasts, diced and cooked
    2 c. celery, diced
    2 c. rice, cooked
    3/4 c. dill pickle, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. mayonnaise
    chicken broth (if needed for moisture)
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except cheese.
    If mixture seems dry, add broth to suit.
    Spread cheese on top.
    Bake at 305\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 8.
