Fried Carrots, Potatoes And Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 carrots
    2 medium potatoes
    1 medium onion
    2 Tbsp. oil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Slice the carrots and potatoes thin. Cut up the onion fine. Put all ingredients in iron skillet and cook on low for about 20 minutes or until tender. Can also add leftover beef, pork or bacon when vegetables are almost done for a one dish meal.
