Stir-Fried Tomatoes, Pepper And Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large tomato
    1 large onion
    2 green bell peppers
    4 Tbsp. olive oil or 4 Tbsp. white wine
Preparation
    Slice a large tomato into 8 wedges.
    Slice a large onion into 1/8-inch thick layers.
    Dice 1 to 2 green peppers into 1-inch squares.
    Heat oil or wine in preheated wok.
    Stir-fry onions for 1 minute, cooking for 2 minutes.
    Stir in tomatoes and allow to cook 1 minute longer, tossing ingredients as needed.
