Zucchini Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks butter
    4 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    8 c. cubed zucchini
    2/3 c. lemon juice
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix together the butter, flour and sugar until crumbly.
    Save out 2 cups mixture and pat remaining into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
