Wrapped Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. dried beef
    5 chicken breasts, boned and halved
    10 slices thick, lean bacon
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Soak dried beef in water 15 minutes if it came in a jar. Arrange beef slices on bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Wrap each chicken breast half in a slice of bacon; place over dried beef.
    Combine sour cream, mushroom soup and sliced mushrooms; pour over wrapped chicken.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours; uncover during last 1/2 hour of baking time.
    Serve hot with rice or noodles.
    Makes 10 servings (really makes 5 servings because everyone wants 2).
