Icebox Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oleo
    1 c. 10x sugar, sifted
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 c. candied fruit
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 egg
    1/2 c. nuts
    1 c. candied cherries
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Beat eggs and add.
    Stir in dry ingredients.
    Blend in nuts, fruit and cherries.
    Form in rolls, 1 1/2-inches in diameter.
    Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze overnight. Place on greased baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes at 375\u00b0.
