Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. rice (not instant rice)
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1 qt. milk
    1 qt. water
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 beaten egg yolks
    1 can evaporated milk
    cinnamon to taste
Preparation
    Combine the first 5 ingredients and boil 1 hour or until liquid is absorbed and the rice is tender. Remove from heat and add the egg yolks, evaporated milk and cinnamon to taste.
