Chicken Karahi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken, small pieces
    1 small onion, chopped
    10 to 12 cloves garlic
    1-inch piece ginger
    4 to 5 green pepper
    6 tomatoes
    salt to taste
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. red pepper
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Fry onion.
    Add chicken, salt, red pepper, cumin and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes.
    Add tomatoes.
    Cook it on medium flame.
    When chicken is cooked, add green pepper.
    Cook for 2 minutes.
    Add fresh coriander on top and serve it hot.
