Cheesy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    Swiss cheese
    Ritz cracker crumbs
    Salt & pepper to taste
    1 beaten egg
    3 tbsp. water
    parsley flakes
    2 tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Dip chicken breasts in egg/water mixture. Roll chicken breast in Ritz cracker crumbs. Saut chicken in butter until brown on both sides. Place in baking dish. Add 3-4 tbsp. of butter; cover dish with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Ten minutes before dish is done; sprinkle parsley and shredded or sliced Swiss cheese on top of chicken. Continue baking for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
