Plain Totopos(Plain Corn Chips) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 corn tortillas (you may use stale ones)
    hot cooking oil
Preparation
    Cut tortillas into strips, squares or triangles with scissors or sharp knife.
    Using tongs, deep fry in hot oil for 10 seconds. Drain on paper towel.
    Excellent with cheese dip.
    Makes about 50 to 60.
