Microwave Fantastic Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. evaporated milk or light cream
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    16 marshmallows, cut in half
    1 pkg. (12 oz.) chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In two quart batter bowl, combine evaporated milk, butter, sugar and marshmallows.
    Microwave 3 to 4 minutes on High or until marshmallows puff and mixture begins to boil.
    Stir.
    Reduce setting.
    Microwave 3 to 4 minutes on 6 or until mixture boils and sugar dissolves completely.
    Stir in chocolate chips, nuts, and vanilla.
    Beat until smooth.
    Spread in buttered 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Cool.
    Cut into one-inch squares.
    Yields 64 pieces.
