Crab Stuffed Flounder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. crabmeat (lump style)
    3 Tbsp. sour cream
    1 tsp. Old Bay spice
    dash of dill
    3 tsp. white wine
    3 tsp. flour
    4 tsp. margarine
    4 tsp. cracker meal
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Melt 3 tablespoons margarine in small saucepan.
    Blend in flour and sour cream.
    Stir until thick.
    Add wine.
    Add 1/2 cup of this sauce with bread crumbs and crab meat.
    Spread on fillets, roll up.
    Place seam side down.
    Sprinkle with cracker meal. Garnish with dill.
    Dot pan with margarine.
    Cook in oven at 350\u00b0 for 20 or 30 minutes.
    Pour remaining sauce over rolls.
