Turkey Amandine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked turkey
    1 c. mushroom soup
    1 c. frozen English peas, thawed
    8 oz. can sliced, drained water chestnuts
    1/8 tsp. salt and pepper
    4 1/2 oz. jar mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. sour cream
    2 oz. Swiss cheese
    8 oz. pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
    1/2 c. sliced almonds
Preparation
    Combine turkey, soup, peas, chestnuts, mushrooms, celery, salt, pepper and sour cream.
    Cook over medium heat until hot. Pour into 12 x 8-inch (2-quart) baking dish.
    Unroll rolls into 2 long rectangles.
    Place over turkey mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cheese and almonds.
    Bake 10 minutes, until golden brown.
